For people not in Finland with bricked devices and no response from Jolla care, I'll just give this email adress:

That's the direct email for the repair service Jolla has contracted for their devices. Note that I haven't had these problems
(Just in case this isn't well known on TMO.)
Sending email in english is almost certainly no problem (or in swedish/scandinavian language).
