how to install HildonApplicationManager ? i have search in AM but cant find it.

and thank you for the link, i already downlooaded it. i just copy it to internal memory, and using:
sudo gairoot
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i wget_1.10.2-2osso3_armel.deb

the stauts was :
dpkg: error: dpkg status database is locked by another process

i am so confused
