All those odd problems seems to go away, when i got a bootloop and i have to use the option 5 in recovery.. Now its not have any random boot and it is very solid! :O

So, power it up with vol down + power, connect usb to the pc and (i use linux) in terminal:

Hope your phone fixed by this easy way too and you not loose any data, when you do this!

Ou and i have non 2tab wakeup problems anymore! :O
