I think that it replied to your post because in a forum there should be a bit of netiquette, because there are many non english users, like me, that have difficult to read your contractions (and maybe then transate it with a tool)
Also in my language there are contractions, but if I were writing in a contracted italian language, the users, for example like you, would find it difficult to understand me.. and this is not correct
