Regarding existing cases, currently I have my Jolla protected by a TPU case for Nokia Lumia 925 (as somebody else has already done in this thread).

As I like to carry my phone in a belt beg, I can report that the Insmat Business case for Galaxy Note (and the Note 2/3) fits pretty well with the thick package.
The one for Galaxy Note is slightly wider, while the one for Note 2/3 is a little longer.
