If I understand you're not able to copy system files?

To copy system files use Filebox-root from N9QuickTweak.

N9QuickTweak, tweak H:

H. ROOT access anywhere – activate SSH access for ROOT & USER users. This have auto-restart SSH (Thanks to F2thaK
& Almehdin’s script). You also have option to applying (or removing) ROOT access to FileBox & FileCase app (thanks
to CODeRUS & Fenol). And also you can change ROOT & USER passwords. Added HTTP share – you can share your
system files. You can share or User or Root files. After pressing on the icon, in any web browser, go to the IP address
of your phone and you will see your files. For checking your IP address, open terminal and write: /sbin/ifconfig
(thanks to ladoga).
Root access to text Editors – You can add ROOT access to 3 text editors: KhtSimpleText, Redak and TxPad.
WARNING: Be careful, editing system files can kill your phone !
