The event is named P.I.W.O. It's indeed a word play and it expands to Poznańska Impreza Wolnego Oprogramowania (Poznań Free Software Party/Event).

What's funny, its logo is doing another word play - when you read it as "pi w o" you get "pi inside o", which can be seen on the logo

PS. But there was also some piwo after P.I.W.O.
