Dear Martin I'm not afraid of courts as I'm not telling lies, that's why I'm speaking about whole case publicly and if someone sees something that is not truth and harms someones or company good name he is free to sue me.

Regarding solving this thing privately - Jolla had countless chances to solve the reported problem amicably, but they've wasted them completely. Sorry, it's their (employees & management) fault. People go public when everything else fails.
