Allright, installed VCMI, pulled HOMM3/Maps, Mp3 and Data folders in /home/opt/VCMI/ but couldn't find the folder named "picsall" in HOMM3 directory...
I ran VCMI but it crashed after a second of the 3DO intro. The log tells that a zelp.txt file can't be found..
