Hi.
What I meant is that the N9 is one of the last devices developed enterely in the EU. This is no longer true for Nokia after the adoption of WP and lately Android.
I'm not an insider but considering the level of support for maps, applications, shop, etc. I'd bet that MS is keeping the previous infrastructure untill it dies by itself.
I would not trust, for instance, a new upgrade for Harmattan
