Do you have virtual mem engaged? uncheck virtual mem from control panel.

Are u root?

N800 internal mmc2, (behind battery cover) or N810 external mmc1 (behind kick stand).
Sometimes the mmc2 or mmc1, in fact is NOT mounted, then the umount command will return an error message. Just ignore the umount step, proceed with sfdisk. If failed, then reboot, and try umount again.
