...On a serious note, what about sizes?
I don't want it to strangle my tail and turn it purple. And I don't want to use and realize "hey where did it go?" thus "having to reach in arms deep to try and find my gadget".

They gotta have multiple sizes, right?
How can one know, do you get like the Medium and have to return it in a limited time to exchange it for something larger/smaller? Last thing I want is to purchase two... or having to gift the larger one to my black friends as if its an old pair of jeans "here Dwayne, this seems like your fit".
