Being a Jolla TJC regular user - I can't say device is reliable. Not even close. There are numerous threads about the random reboots and shutdowns. With hundreds of confirmed cases amongst Jolla users. Add together all the above mentioned HW issues affected users and calculate the ratio against the sold units. You are ending up in 10-20-30% faulty devices.
And I see a point spending 700-800 euros on a device - to support the choice and variety. But Jolla needs to work harder.
That said - I do appreciate the effort and admire the boldness of Jolla team! I just want the relationship between us(users) and them(Jolla) to be #unlike. I do not want excuses like Appe's "You are not holding it right"
