I'd say that was a Jumbo Jet flying over your head there...

But considering it's a (pretty famous and well known issue) carbon emissions joke...

I'd hazard a guess that it is more like a 10 mile-an-hour.. very slow... low-flying ...monster-zeppelin with the name "KYOTO" in big giant bold red crayon on the side of it...buzzing your scalp as it flew over your head.
