Keep in mind that both Mr Munk and me where previously in close relations. He told me a lot about his wife, was sending her pictures, talking about how they've met, where she works, he was sending pictures of his son, talking about what is happening at his home, he was talking multiple time about his whole family - wife, brother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son etc. etc. Geez, I was together with Mr Munk buying a present for his son in Bielsko-Biała in March this year. In the past Munk was talking about inviting me to his home. I wasn't an average Jolla customer, Munk claimed I was his friend. How would I know who his wife is and what is her and his son name? I contacted his wife single time in my whole life, it's not harassing.

Do you think that single contact with someone's relative to inform them about potential problem of their husband is automatically harassing? Keep in mind that this thread is not about alleged wife harassing (leave that to court) but about Jolla Oy strategy and how they communicate with people and treat their customers.

For me mixing private and professional problems on #jollamobile channel and respoding to private issue with ban is not a professional behavior, for any company employee and especially for someone being chief R&D engineer at Jolla.
