Yes, I was there. And it's a little hard to discuss (your own word) mediation when the person wanting the mediation refuses to discuss it.

As I said, what you did may not be against the terms of service, but that doesn't mean you aren't a jerk doing it.

I don't endorse censorship, but I also don't endorse trashing other people's work in an unwanted manner - literally the dictionary definition of harassment:
