Canada Computers has them in a couple of Toronto-area stores for walk-in customers and, though they indicate they're 'out of stock' for online, I imagine they just grab a couple from the brick stores when needed.

Last week they delivered to me two 4GB OCZ cards for $28CAN each. Good deal on both cards but here's the one on the 8GB:

But now I've decided I absolutely must have two seasons-worth of 'Rome' available at a moments notice (or something) for instant video entertainment so I think I'll pick up an 8GB one and a very cute Kingston MobileLite card reader for $10.

Caveat: If paying by some credit cards, a page will come up after you think you've submitted the order. It'll look like, in my case, my Visa affiliate was trying to get me to submit something for... blah... blah... blah... 'extra security'.

I just didn't bother filling out the fields 'cause I was in a rush and I'd already submitted the order and I wasn't sure, exactly, what the page was going on about (though it looked legit) so... who cares. But by not doing that, it stopped the order from going through and I never got my confirmation email. Took me two days to figure that one out
