Not for me it's not. I like to have full control of my own data. How many reports of we heard of cloud servers being hacked into? Even Apple can't get it right..... Ubuntu have dropped their cloud service. Why? Because people who really know about computers (most of them use linux) won't touch it with a barge pole.

Build your own 'cloud' with one of these:-

You can do it for less than £100.
I have done just that and can stream media from my server (2TB storage) direct to my N900's. Auto backups etc, etc...
