It is but the Jolla is dual Krait cores at 1.4ghz whereas the Moto is quad Cortex A7 at 1.2Ghz. Dual Kraits usually beat Quad A7 in most situations.

Sorry, meant the storage RAM not main RAM. Moto is only 8GB.

I meant compared to the first generation which had the same resolution but a smaller screen. 5" is too big IMHO.

8MP, Same as a Jolla, up from 5mp in the previous generation. It could be a VGA camera as far as I'm concerned. All phone cameras are ****.
