It's a short video made by Neil Gaiman, during his three-days visit in refuges camp in Jordan, may 2014. Since then, the situation have got only (much) worse. The camps are hosting, already, more than 3 million people (Jordan population is 6 million, for comparison).

Personally, I've found the part about civilization being paper-thin the most thoughts-provoking one, and unusual, for such PSA's (but Gaiman isn't you usual PSA maker, in the positive way). Especially relevant, considering that things presented here are still "light" version, without even mentioning the most macabre cases (for the much more saddening version, search for the recording of conversation on the topic between Neil Gaiman and Tori Amos, as a spin-off from a talk about stories, organized by British National Library).
