I'm having the same problem as has been mentioned; I had to create the chrome/ folder and put userContent.css in it, and it didn't do anything. I tried the chown and chgrp commands as was also mentioned, to no avail. Has anybody figured out the issue with the lack of a chrome/ folder and the modification not working?
