If it's not being done by Jolla, then it's not so bad, overall it's a +ve thing in fact.
So long as it's a half-decent ODM... & implementation (for the price)...

But maybe they've no choice, maybe they're doing the ref. device thing again.
In the hope that 2nd time round, they can finally attract a hw partner...
