Let's talk about this picture and how much wrong there is here:
On the top, that's the GNOME3 system tray, which is only confimed by someone on Reddit sharing someone else's GNOME3 setup on Arch Linux, the picture of which Linshof stole. On the desktop, there's a couple of instances of Conky (clock, system monitor, TODO list). Nothing wrong so far.
But look at the bottom, past Docky and the notifications (which we'll get back to). That's a 2nd system tray. Why in sam hill would you need 2 system trays? The bottom one has a few options, but all of those options can be done with GNOME3's dash alone. Also, let's not talk about the extra clock in the bottom system tray that shouldn't be there. That's pretty fishy on its own, but moving on.
There's this picture at the bottom:

That looks like Windows 8 Metro to me. I have never seen someone make a GNOME3 extension that changes the dash to a Metro-like ordeal (sidenote: if someone has, I haven't seen anyone masochistic enough to install that on their desktop).
So far, it's looking like a mishmash, a collage, of things that resemble things that are popular in one way or another, so we can pretty much deduce that this thing's fake.
I get that they advertized this "product" to have a high-end screen, but why include "high-end screen" in your specs? That's weird to me and would seem like something most tech companies wouldn't do.
Also, their webpage is a Tumblr page. Idk of any legitimate tech companies that would make a Tumblr page to put their business out there.
EDIT: I said I would get back to the notifications. Notice that there's a notification that tells you what the weather's like. Why would you need that if you could use a Conky script or even a GNOME3 extension to do exactly that?
