Of course it needs to be a (completely) new, different, eye-catching one!
Monetary situation is not as bad as a new fund is immediately needed. But take these words with agrain of salt (also as situation about hosting/hardware/... might change).
Win7Mac, chemist, juiceme are the ones to give exact informations about that.
