To expand: while capacitive allows multitouch, it doesn't allow pressure sensitivity (at least not in anything currently on the market - Apple are investigating somethng involving capacitive and IR apparently). This means all the nice ability to lightly or more heavily draw wont be there. Capacitive screens are also thus far less accurate than resistive ones, meaning fine detail in drawing would be nigh on impossile, even with a capacitive stylus.
