No, it is not. before while loading a page you could see the url just above the browser bar at the bottom. If you clicked on it you could enter URL. This URL-field is now gone and you have to click tabs button in browser bar to change url

I mean seriously...Go to another view just to change URL
Anyone working with user experience at jolla or did they skip that part completely?

could this change been between U8-->U9?
