It looks like the device HW is significantly different from later models that you cannot install normal Harmattan release, you'd need to tweak the BME accordingly.

What I suggest, is to install ubiboot and try Nemo or SFOS, those are a lot easier to get working, since the important parts of Harmattan are closed source.
