I can't connect with telnet 192.168.2.15 why?

If i want to erase partition Alt_OS I need to connect telnet but here its not possible.

My second pb, when i try to run nemo i have nothing when push down volume why? Black screen
Like device turn OFF and nothing.

Nb. I have re untar nemo 02 2014 inside Alt_OS

Nb2. With ifconfig -a i see usb0 inside but no IP in description.
