You have obviously done your homework here but there are more obstacles in your way now setting up a new device with Nokia/Microsoft having closed Harmattan repositories, such as enabling developer mode when individual dependencies have to be installed. In some ways however QuickTweak and Coderus aegis installer hack have made life much simpler, but as a "daily driver" it will become increasingly frustrating. That said I keep an N9 handy as wouldn't be without Erudite (Kindle) reader, which doesn't function on my Nokia808!
