I seem to have same issue tried following commands

apt-get update
recources temporaliy unavalable - is another procces using it
reseted the phone but still same error when trying to install anything from store


also tried to install directly from terminal

apt-get install

and installed that way, but what would be a way to fix this so I don't have to open terminal everytime I wanna install something

also tried as root rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

but it says permission denied
