Board election will be held live in the meeting by members' single vote per candidate of either yes, no or abstention.
In case you're a member and are unable to join the live meeting, select another member and designate him/her to cast your vote in a traceable way (per email, IRC...).

If chemist and juiceme show some mercy and rerun for Board*, we still need one more EU-citizen or legal resident as candidate (Bylaws say >=3). Not sure what happens in case there's more than 3 valid candidates (there's no rule in Byalaws for that). My fault.
I guess unless candidates decide otherwise, all will be appointed by the General Assembly.

* So the culprit really is to have at least one more candidate.
