Well I gave up and whitelisted *.maemo.org as every exit node I used for at least a month was blocked. So I can safely say you will be lucky to get maemo.org via tor.

Unfortunately, most tor exit nodes will end up on the forum spam lists used here.

Ideally a captcha system would be nice, instead of blocking users completely.

Other sites that do this kind of blocking, I simply don't use them, I make *maemo.org my only exception. It's wrong to completely block traffic like this IMO.
