I'll tell you how I did it:

- First opened a terminal, and became root
- Then edited with nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hildon-application-manager.list
- Added

- Closed and saved the changes
- Ran apt-get update

Via FAM manager you can do the same following the ThomasAH indications above. I guess the problem with what you told is that you didn't add "http://" before the URL given by nokiabot. Remember to add "fremantle" to the distribution field and "free non-free" on components too
