I have a broken N900 as well as a (lol) non-functioning one due to flashing problems, as mentioned in a recent thread I've opened.

Question:
Will the Neo900 require the deceased N900 carcass in order to work, or will I have the option of getting a brand new phone with all its components assembled?

Also, could you guys get a FAQ thread together? I've been following the Neo900 threads for a while and I think I get the picture of what's going on, but due to the size of the threads, I'm not sure of what's going on right now.

I could help with the FAQ if needed, but it doesn't matter who does it, as long as someone or a group gets it done.
