What do you expect to get out of that? The menu files contain references to installed applications and as such are specific to each device. Someone else's menu file will not help you, not to mention the privacy issues involved in sharing it.

I have no /home/user/.config/hildon/menus, but I have /home/user/.config/menus and /home/user/.config/menus/hildon. The former has one file (attached), the latter is empty.

Remove the .txt extension, I had to add it to be allowed to upload it by the TMO upload manager.
