I could solve the issue with an android device: the problem is because from the point of view of the store, it is in a sort of 'wallet' where I can transfer apps from there to the watch. So using an android device, you can 'see' that wallet and transfer again to the watch but I do not think that there is a solution yet using the SFOS app.
