Not yet

. Bylaws (basically §2 Purpose AND §3 Altruism of the Articles of Association) already qualifies for tax exemption, but this needs to be requested seperately from the registration. This would also qualify for a "charitable" paypal status with reduced fees. Afaik, Chemist is after it.
