Hi and welcome!
There's no deadline for ordering NeoN boards yet. The deadline for complete devices (caused by ordering N900 devices for the mech parts) didn't arrive yet either, since we still miss feedback from >50% of our early donors.

So you're for sure in time for preordering a NeoN board, and you could even preorder a Neo900 complete, too.
