upped build to:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/oscp...ar.gz/download

unpack to /opt then run /opt/gtkgep/bin/gtkgep-mksymlinks after that you can run it from terminal via: gtkgep or /opt/gtkgep/bin/gtkgep.sh
