Finally got my N9 fixed, and tried to restore from backup, and sync my account. Phone is factory set (again). Unable to enable Developer mode, unable to use Maps or drive. Account will not log in. Unable to browse music store. Unable to access OVI store (cannot access previously bought software). What is going on?
