Jolla has seemed like the closest thing going for this, but the 2.0 discussion here has been interesting; i just can't tell if they are going in the direction i prefer (i think they are. Really can't wait for this tablet to see).
I'm speaking just for myself, but for me, it is closer to the N9, which is not necessarily a good thing. Sailfish 1.0 was an evolution of Harmattan, in my eyes and this feels like a step back. But what's worse, it feels like a compromise - Harmattan was a consistent system, Sailfish 1.0 was a consistent system (a strong design leadership of Jaakko Roppola was clearly visible), but Sailfish 2.0 feels like an inconsistent hybrid of both.

Again, I understand most decisions behind 2.0 (yet I think some should have been thought through more carefully), but it feels like a step back.

I liked the clear design of Harmattan and even more the one of Sailfish 1.0, but Sailfish 2.0 looks like it is heading to the Android way of having an inconsistent system without strong design leadership. But then again, maybe that's an unavoidable price of adding new features - the trade-of between complexity and ease of use.
