The CPU is you are using SSH
The Flash card if you are using something else.

If you can repeat the test from the command line and rather than witing the data to flash, write it to /dev/null and see what you get for speeds.
I don't have SSH, it's all was done in standard file manager, standard move operations by drag-n-drop. And when copying from flash drive to the memory card the speed is considerably faster then when copying from computer to the same memory card, so it shouldn't be the MC writing speed restrictions thing. But WHY?
