Go ahead and do it, I am. You can toute that the vendor talked about delivery delay's and then it is now obvious they will never deliver.

I did just this via the old school type up the dispute and fax it method. We'll see what they say. I used screen grabs from IGG showing anticipated delivery in there as well.
