Did you buy it from the Nokia store? Do you have the receipt? Is it less than 7 (maybe 14?) days since the date of purchase? If yes... then you may be able to exchange it there... (I do not know your store return policies... but these are pretty common amongst most retailers...) Otherwise, your only hope is to return to Nokia and wait...
