Hi,

I am blocked on WhatsUp, now. I took a Galaxy S4 and I could connect WhatsApp without problems. But I would prefer to use my N9 again. So what to do?

I do not understand! What should I tell to the Supporter? My S4 is perfect online and usable. If I switch it off, my WU is still disabled. Have I missed something in your solution?

Please help, it would be a shame if I would have to scrap my N9!!
