A decision will come and can only be one outcome. Refund or close down shop. And the last is not an option

If they decide to stick with this, tablets would arrive to our steps in Spring and that is too late. I don't want it then. They screwed my plans 3 times now, so I really don't want to deal with Jolla ever again. For me, refund is only option. I am only speaking on my behalf.
