Yes, luckily.
But after the sale of Here to BMW/Daimler/xxx I am afraid we will loose that soon. Fortunately all are mirrored on archive.org

Regarding the EULA and your N900 calling home, just ~~uninstall~~fool cherry before you put a SIM card in. You will need to install rootsh first and use the command line. Due to the weird Nokia dependencies, uninstalling cherry will force the uninstallation of the Fremantle metapackage which means you will have to do all your updates manually so obviously this solution may not be for everyone.

There is an easier way:
before putting in the SIM first time, install rootsh from maemo repos, open terminal and copy/paste/excute below:

, but that I do not really know. It contains the EULA which I have on my device cached in German (see below).
