Is it still save to suggest "Fapman" to spare some of nazmis livetime?

It is the "Faster Application Manager"

Indeed much faster than HAM and with some nice features, thou as fellow mewmo* i would need your all explanaition to why that is...
Is Fapman only a shrunk down UI to the same features HAM uses or how is the speed increase achieved?
