No, this one I know from sad experience. To work on ATT with 3G or better, you need both 850 and 1900 MHZ bands. Like the Aqua Ace's specs, the N900 doesn't do 850 MHz UMTS. Because of this, when I take my MVNO AT&T SIM out of my N9 and put it in the N900 (with adapter), it only enables it to operate at EDGE speeds, tops. I did not do enough research when picking which network SIM I wanted with my service.
