speculation...
perhaps the reason for Jolla abandoning the tablet has to do with the recent illuminating numbers...
Sales over the last quarter for the ipad were down 25%...(shocked to read it on slashdot yesterday...)
Nobody wants tablets anymore..
the lemmings appear to be running to phablets now...
the ipad concept is 10 yrs old now...
so the allure of the "different" and "novel" isn't there anymore now that so many have one..
Such is the way of fads....
